About Me 🧘🏾‍♂️

I'm Victor, a senior software engineer with 10 years of experience building high-quality software. I've shipped products across a range of industries — from finance to collaboration — and I'm currently at nuwacom, one of the EU's leading AI startups, helping build the enterprise operating system of the future.

I started out as a designer before moving into engineering, and that shaped how I work: I don't just build to spec, I care about whether the thing makes sense for the person using it. Call it design engineer plus product engineer — I sweat the interface and the product decisions, not just the code behind them.

These days most of my work is in AI systems. I work primarily with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, building agentic systems with tools like Pydantic AI and LangGraph, running on AWS. Before this chapter I spent years deep in the web platform — design systems, accessibility, performance — at companies like Staffbase and Contentful.
